Traders Warehouse offers a 14 day exchange/return policy if the item(s) is unworn and in the original condition as when bought.
Customer is to retain the receipt as proof of purchase and bring along with the garment to the store.
ONLINE PURCHASES - we need to be notified within 7 days of receipt of the Goods of any defects so we can replace defective items. Returns for any reason will only be accepted in the original sealed packs, as received. Transport to our warehouse will be at your own cost unless otherwise arranged.
PLEASE NOTE: As many of our garments are chain-store overruns and cancellations the labels in garments may be defaced or cut-out, this does not make the garment a reject item. We are bound by law to deface or remove labels that belong to chain stores and some international brands.
